The Royal Villas is a pet friendly apartment community that is a beautiful environment for your pets to call home. Enjoy scenic areas and plenty of privacy and green space – the perfect setting to jump-start your morning or unwind at dusk.
Pet friendly open space is in abundance as the development boasts a resident only dog park where your pets can get plenty of exercise. Surely they will be too happy and tired to even consider misbehaving!
Pet Policy
At The Royal Villas, we happily welcome your dogs and cats! Restrictions include Pit bulls, Rottweilers, and any mix of the two. Animals other than dogs and cats are also prohibited. Pets over 65 pounds will not be accepted. Some weight exceptions may apply.
There is a strict two pet maximum, and a $300 initial pet fee per dog or $250 initial fee per cat (non-refundable). Monthly pet rents are $45/month per pet. In order to keep the development as clean as possible, residents with dogs are required to take part in our Dog Waste Control Initiative.
The Dog Park
Our landscaped dog park offers the perfect space for your furry friends to stretch their legs, socialize, and enjoy some off-leash fun. Designed with both pets and owners in mind, the park features secure fencing, easy gate entry, and plenty of “sniffing” spots for your loved ones! Whether your dog loves to fetch, meet new friends, or simply explore, our dog park is a safe and welcoming spot for all breeds and sizes.
